BF Beauty Forever returns and cancellation Policy and procedures.
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if not for any reason we have set out below a summary for you in the event that you wish to return a product.
If you made your purchase through any retail in market location, such as high street then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. Similarly, if you purchased products on BF Website you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to any retail location.
Please allow 14 working days for the order to be delivered. As a result of the corona virus pandemic situation expect delays for delivery.
You can cancel your order and obtain refund within 14 working days from delivery, if the item is unopened and sealed.
Any opened and unsealed products will not be refundable.
Certain items like lip glosses , lip gels, lipsticks, lip pencils, twist up pencils, eye pencils eye pallets, brow definers, brow mascaras and any item do not bear any seal will not be refundable due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
Please ensure you have your purchase order number and full name ready when contacting us. Please note that for the orders you placed, you will need to contact us with your cancellation request within 2 hours of having placed your order to avoid any disappointment.
NOTE: As processing times can vary, we advise that we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled when requested.
Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned to us for your refund to be processed.
We will refund the price you paid excluding any postage if you paid any within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products back from you and you returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
Delivery Charges if any, paid by you at the time of placing order, will not be refundable.
If you wish to return your online order, you will be paying the return posting charges and we do not reimburse any posting charges.
Please make sure products are packed securely as they were sent to you. Any damaged unsealed product wouldn’t be refundable.
Please include invoice note, noting the items you are returning on the following address.
Any unwanted or damaged postage cost obtained return will not be reimbursed.
We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use and damage.
Please provide the order number and ensure that you keep all packing materials including packing note and all items received for inspection.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return your order, in case of no proof of postage, we will not be able to refund your money.
The refund will be processed to the original method used to place the order.
